Click on the hands to the left and follow the instructions below. 2. At the "File Download - Security Warning" dialog box click "Run".  3. At the "Internet Explorer - Security Warning" dialog box click "Run".  4. At the "Participant Login" dialog box type the "Session number" you get from the consultant on the phone or in a mail and click "OK".  5. At the "Netviewer" dialog box click "Yes" to transfer your screen content and now you will be supported via a safe remote connection to your PC. |
